The slimmest buoyant handheld DSC VHF on the market, it boasts a flat sheet keypad allowing the radio to be firmly yet comfortably gripped by hand. Despite the slimline size the unit boasts a 2.3 inch large and high visibility LCD screen, displaying all information clearly, and the high contrast display ensures it is fully visible even under direct sunlight.
Packed full of features including Float n Flash - if your radio falls in the drink it will float on it's back with the LCD and keypad flashing to make it easier to find. The built in DSC/ GPS allows you to send and receive DSC calls from your handheld VHF, and having the benefit of the GPS means you can store up to 50 waypoints. Featuring a sophisticated MOB function in case of emergency, allowing for an immediate distress call to be made by pressing the Distress button, giving the position and time of the radio or person in the the water when transmitted. It also has an AquaQuake draining function, emitting a vibrating sound to clear water away from the speaker grill.
