Description
Y10 gel coat cleaner is good, really good. It totally removes all the nasty brown waterline and transom stains that appear on fibreglass hulls, with no real effort - spread it thinly, wait a bit and then rinse it off. Bear in mind though that if you have sealed the brown stains in with polish (and some customers have done this), the polish will need removing first. If the polish stays, so do the stains.
Y10 rapidly absorbs yellow/brown waterline and transom stains without rubbing, scrubbing or any effort whatsoever. It is said by some old sages that you can do the job with Swarfega (you can't) or a solution of oxalic acid (you can if you can a: find it and b: get it so stay on a vertical surface long enough to work).
