57mm T2 soft-attach ratchamatic single block with standard grip. low friction Carbo air blocks are a lightweight, strong and reliable block with a very high working load for safer and easier trimming. The open design and reinforced composite construction keeps weight to a minimum for a powerful performance. UV stabilised ball bearings, sheave and side-plates enhance durability. The T2 Ratchamatic line features a soft attachment system, lashed through the load bearing centre of the block, deceasing the load on the side-plates and acting as a safety backup for the system. Lashing or splicing offers a variety of securing options ensuring the exact height can be obtained to maintain a fair lead. The ratchet mechanism switches seamlessly from free running to ratchet mode, ideal for fast run out and jibing when not weight bearing. Use for mainsheets and spinnaker systems on beach-cats, dinghies and sport-boats. A length of polyester covered Spectra line is included.
