The Tandem Para Drogue allows greater control when running before large seas, whilst reducing the risk of broaching, particularly in breaking waves and shallow seas. It can also be rigged as an emergency steering device.
The Tandem Para Drogue is a two unit system designed to interact with each other, maintaining an even and positive drag on the stern of the vessel. This well constructed tandem drogue can also prevent overtaking when under tow.
Comes complete with its own carry case and requires an anchor line (towing rode) of 80 metres of 16 mm nylon line, as well as a connecting line between the two drogues. The connecting line should be 10 metres of 14mm braided nylon.
