Plastimo Offshore 95 compass for powerboats 6-10m offers clear and accurate readings in all weather and light conditions. Its world balance enables you to use this one compass anywhere in the world. The compass has perfect stability as every card is balanced individually in Plastimo's workshops. It has been developed with a watertight construction in a one-piece moulded flange and bowl. The Vinton diaphragm with extreme expansion and retraction capacity compensates for the fluctuations in fluid volume caused by differences in temperature and atmospheric pressure, preventing the formation of bubbles. The lighting bulb is integrated into the bowl, thus spreading the illumination evenly and preventing eye strain and fatigue at night. A broad and sturdy installation bracket base absorbs vibrations whilst a magnetic cell equipped with the unique 'Vibration Absorber' system also ensures resistance to vibrations and hull pounding. Mounting can be done at whatever angle providing that the compass and card unit remain horizontal at all times. This bracket-mounted compass can also be removed when fitted with the clip plate.
