Treadmaster Original anti-slip deck covering offers maximum comfort and safety underfoot. Available in two finishes, the famous Diamond Pattern will provide an attractive appearance with the highest level of grip in all conditions whilst the Smooth Pattern, with its finely textured surface, provides both a sure footing and a comfortable surface for sitting or kneeling on. Treadmaster offers further safety advantages as the material is self-extinguishing in the event of fire and, being lightweight, will not affect the performance or stability of the craft.
Fitting is easy. The sheeting is simple and quick to cut to size with scissors or a craft knife and the corners finished, or rounded, with abrasive paper. Treadmaster will bond easily to fibreglass, wood and metal surfaces with either tread master marine Contact Adhesive, or for maximum durability, especially in warmer climates, the two part Treadmaster Marine Epoxy Adhesive.
Unaffected by exposure to sea water, the especially designed nitrile rubber/PVC formulation resists the chemical effects of oil, fuel and other commonly used substances, however spillages should be cleaned up promptly to avoid surface staining with warm soapy water and rinsed. Some colour fading may occur after a period of exposure to the elements,Treadmaster being a substantially natural product. If so, the colour can be easily restored using the new brush applied 'Treadcote' especially formulated to reinvigorate faded or stained Treadmaster Original.
