Description
The PV Logic 60w ETFE Flexi Solar Panel from Solar Technology has been designed especially for use in harsh environments. The junction box is injected with silicones and mechanically fixed to the panel, whilst the upper and lower surface are coated in ETFE encapsulating the panel for a robust, durable and completely waterproof unit. The superior design features rounded edges and a unique curved junction box which are less likely to snag or damage whilst the UV stabilised PV cable is installed with strain relief technology so cannot be accidentally pulled out. The 60w panel is shaped to fit a dodger and can provide 360w a day keeping a leisure battery charged and always ready to use. The ETFE coating has a memory effect which enables it to self-heal within a few hours if slightly scratched. The Flexi range is rugged enough to walk on if installed on deck and benefits from a dimpled non-slip surface for extra security. The panel comes complete with a 4m cable, terminals, fuse and fuse holder, as well as detailed instructions for use and a four year warranty.Please notea charge controller (available separately) is needed to prevent the battery from reverse feed and overcharging and is available in the Deck top Kit option
