Description
The PV Logic MHD (Mono High Density) range of Flexi and Rigid panels from Solar Technology use the latest solar cell technology to take performance to a new level. Designed especially for RV's, caravans and boats, these highly efficient MHD panels are light and compact and manufactered using efficiency boosting PERC or Passivated Emitter Rear Contact technology. The cells are then shingled or overlapped to eliminate space between them so that more sunlight is captured even in low light conditions, shading losses and hotspots are reduced and the result is more power being produced in a smaller space.
The ultra thin MHD Flexi panels, at just 2mm thick, create minimal wind resistance and will fit flush to a flat or slightly curved surface. They are perfect for energy hungry applications as multiple panels can be joined together to create a solar array. With a hard wearing top sheet of EFTE the panels are resistant to the harsh conditions of the marine environment and are robust enough to be occasionally stepped on. The Junction box on the MHD Flexi panel is securely bonded as well as mechanically fixed to the panel Strain relief is also provided for the UV stablised cable ensuring it cannot be accidentally pulled out. All panels in the range are available with a choice of rear or front (top) exit cables. They come supplied with cable, fuse and fuse holder, diode (for 110W and 1105W panels) and user instructions or as a complete Roof top Kit which includes everything necessary to install the panel including charge controller, cable gland (for top exit only) and adhesive. All PV Logic MHD Flexi Panels also come with a generous 4 year module warranty for peace of mind.
